Response to Community Concern About Development and Water...

OVT recently heard some community concern over potential development, and what that means for the water shortage in Arizona, so we reached out to the Oro Valley Water Utilities Director, Peter Abraham, and were relieved by his response:

The Utility is well positioned to support the Water Resource needs of the “Tangerine 880”. As luck would have it, the alignment and location of our future planned NWRRDS infrastructure is located such that we could easily support the ”Tangerine 880” area with CAP water deliveries if the annexation ever comes to fruition. In summary, our water resource portfolio is robust enough to support annexations the size of the “Tangerine 880”.
